Avalon is a luxury, gated community in Naples, Florida, merely a tram stop away from the beautiful beach at Pelican Bay and the Sandpiper Beach Club. The association limits rentals of its town homes and condominiums to once a year with a 30-day minimum lease requirement to enhance its cohesive and inviting environment.
